Team boss: "Verstappen would beat SENNA and SCHUMACHER"

Csapatfőnök: „Verstappen SENNÁT és SCHUMACHERT IS legyőzné”

Eddie Jordan is an old fox in Formula 1 whose opinion is worth listening to. The Irish ex-team boss launched Ayrton Senna, worked with Michael Schumacher and even raced Max Verstappen under his tutelage.

So, knowing the eras and characters, few people have/could have a better basis for comparison than him. And he says that in the same car, Max Verstappen would beat both Ayrton Senna and Michael Schumacher:

"I honestly believe that if we put Senna, Schumacher and Verstappen in the same car, Max would be the fastest. I am convinced that he is such a good driver, capable of a very balanced performance, that no one else has ever been able to produce that."

"In 1982 I discovered a boy named Da Silva who won his first F3 race with us at Silverstone. Then we went to Macau and Da Silva won there too and then he changed his name to Senna. And yes, Michael Schumacher raced for me too, so I know what I'm talking about. Max Verstappen has it in his blood. Not only did he inherit his talent from his father, who I also worked with, but his mother was also a brilliant talent, a fantastic kart racer. That's why the young Verstappen became an exceptional person and an exceptional talent, perhaps the most exceptional ever," Jordan gushed about Verstappen.
