"As far as I know, I will now get the same specification that Max has used in the past races, especially with regard to the floor. I will get this now too, and it makes me confident, and with that I think I can be at the front of the field too. The team knows me, knows what I am capable of (…), they know all the data and information about me, they extended my contract for good reason.
"This season has been quite difficult so far, it's not the easiest phase of my career, but I'm confident that I can achieve good results in the last three races of the year," Perez said.
