“Someone here is just taking up space…” – MARKO IS SENDING A MESSAGE TO PEREZ?

„Van itt, aki csak a helyet foglalja…” – MARKO ÜZENT PEREZNEK?

Krisztián Márk Tóth |

Dr. Helmut Marko says there are drivers in the F1 field who are just taking up space in front of better drivers and young people. Sergio Perez is getting ready.

It's not nice to kick a dying person, but if you're going to do it, do it in style - Marko thought, then caught himself and started attacking Perez again, who had otherwise come up with an incredibly bad product... All this "of course" after Liam Lawson completed the test day filming with this year's Red Bull Racing race car:

"The best thing that is happening to F1 is rejuvenation. I fully support this! I can't mention names, but there are drivers in the field who are just stagnating, unable to develop. An even bigger problem is that it depends entirely on their mood whether they achieve good or worse results at the moment. They just take the place of the young and better drivers... Many people are afraid of the young because they make a lot of mistakes, but from the perspective of the future it really doesn't matter whether that mistake will take them forward or rather just set them back even more...

"For the constructors' championship, it's very important to have two competitive drivers. We hope Perez finally finds himself, but if not, then after the next two races we have to sit down with him and evaluate how to continue," said the Red Bull consultant. Well, no matter how you twist it, Sergio Perez's fortunes are very bad.
